City of Santa MONICA Seismic Retrofit Grant Program

Seismic Retrofit Grant Opportunity!

The City of Santa Monica has been awarded a federal grant from FEMA to assist owners of all buildings identified in City's Seismic Retrofit Ordinance 2537. Grant funding will be used to reimburse property owners with a portion of the design and construction costs associated with qualifying retrofit work.

Please note that owners will become ineligible for grant funding if retrofit construction starts without first receiving FEMA approval
